Hi, we’re Iain and Kylie - the founders of Tallowood. The creation of Tallowood began with our candles and happened quite organically.

“A few years ago, my son and I were shopping for some candles for the house and we were frustrated with the lack of man friendly fragrances on offer. My son had an epiphany, “Let’s just make our own dad!!” We researched, sourced and ordered in a starter pack and began experimenting and mixing the kind of fragrances we wanted to have in our home. 

After some time - and some positive feedback - we realised we had something unique and special to share with others. And voila... the birth of what is Tallowood Candles began.” Now, we have a collection of beautiful fragrances to inspire you” 

We use a luxurious hand poured, eco soy wax, and an ever-growing range of staple fragrances and seasonal offerings throughout the year. We can’t wait for you to try our range and fall in love with Tallowood candles.

Alongside our signature candle range, as part of our journey, we have also created a space where people can feel at home. Tallowood Espresso is somewhere you can come with friends or meet new ones - where you can sit and work, or simply grab a great coffee and get on your way. Everyone is welcomed and we love to spend time with our ‘locals’.
